I ordered two parts through GM online. Autonation called me to let me know the parts were in and gave me dates/times to drop off my truck. I chose to drop it off on a Tues at 0800. The job was to install a plastic hood deflector and a fold up tonneau cover on my truck bed which ios appx 3 hours max for both parts. I called at 4:30 PM to get a status and the service advisor stated there was no one to work on my truck, but she should have someone on it in appx 30 min. I asked her why would you ask me to bring the truck in at 0800 if you had no one to work on it? She had no response. The work was not finished and I was forced to leave the truck another day at the dealership. A 3 hour job took two days to complete.
