TO BEGIN WITH I TOOK TWO OF MY TRUCKS IN TO GET SOFTWARE UPGRADES 2022 / 2024 TRUCKS THAT WE LEASE THROUGH DONLEN / WHEELS . WHEN I WAS TOLD MY FIRST TRUCK WAS READY THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO PICK UP AND WAITED 25 MINUTES FOR YOUR SERVICE GUYS TO PULL IT UP FRONT. THE SECOND TRUCK HAD THE SAME ISSUE BUT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKES CHATTERING , AFTER THREE DAYS I COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER I CALLED THE SERVICE GROUP TO NOT WORRY ABOUT BRAKES FOR NOW CAUSE THIS IS HOW I DO MY DAILY BUSINESS, WHEN I WAS CALLED TO GO PICKUP THE SECOND TRUCK I WAITED 15 MINUTES. YALL HAVE PLENTY EMPLOYEES WALKING AROUND THAT I COULD SEE SO I DONT KNOW WHERE IS YOUR ISSUES COMING FROM TO WAIT SO LONG WHEN THE TRUCK IS ALREADY DONE. tHANK yOU,
