Happy with Jason and recall being taken care of on my vehicle. But next time, when my spouse, who went with me to drop off my vehicle, asks to schedule a date for service on his vehicle, please schedule right then and there. It would have taken 5 extra minutes. Didn't need an excuse regarding the vehicles already there, parked outside waiting for service. Were told we would schedule later when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Also, the employee next to Jason was sitting there, appearing to not have much going on, and no line of customers waiting on him. It was 7 am. He could have kindly asked my husband if he needed help. Since then, we scheduled our own visit online, and his recall has since been taken care of.
