A friend in the car business recommended I see Johnny Luna at GMC/Chevy as he buys his new vehicles from him. I had seen a truck on the lot that I had researched online and was looking for. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, was greeted quickly by a salesman, and I asked to speak with Johnny. The salesman called Johnny and he came over within a couple minutes without knowing who I was. I explained that our mutual friend had sent me and we went for a test ride. He quickly went to work on the deal with a trade in price for my truck and finance options. I agreed to the purchase and would come back the next day to do the paperwork. However, we found that the truck had a recall and stop sale issued. Johnny then showed me a Chevy Colorado ZR that he had in stock and was almost identical to the GMC Canyon I wanted. I test drove it, actually liked it a little better and purchased that truck. Johnny made the whole purchasing experience fast, easy and enjoyable. I would recommend him, Julian in finance and the whole AutoNation team to anyone I know.
