When the assign you an advisor. You can only deal with that advisor, so if they are at lunch. Busy with another customer ( for how ever long it takes), and therr are 4 more advisors sitting there with no customers. You still have to wait to talk to your advisor. Even if it is something as simple as checking in and handing them your keys. I also ended up with oily handprints all around my hood and drivers door. And I had just washed and waxed my truck
