I recently had to take my 2022 Chevrolet 1500 for service. Never ever had I had such an amazing experience, I encountered an absolutely professional, knowledgeable and friendly service advisor / writer at Autonation Chevrolet by the name of Russell. I’ve been there several times, as I have purchased several vehicles from Autonation, and ALL that I have in contact with were either rude or totally unprofessional, especially that Jason guy. I really hope Autonation keeps these professionals employed, people like Russell McLlwain and a technician by the name of Michael, that too his time to drive the vehicle with me to explain my concerns… Thank you so much guys for your outstanding customer service and satisfaction !!! I’ll be visiting this service department again, without having to dread to ever talking to Jason and others.
